The Recruiting Days will take place as part of WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 on Thursday, 24 and Friday, 25 September 2026.

With our Recruiting Area, we are continuing the successful concept for WindEnergy Hamburg 2026.

The format already proved to be a great success in 2024 with almost 60 exhibitors, a varied stage programme and a dedicated job wall. In the upcoming edition, we would like to bring companies and qualified specialists together once again to create a platform for recruiting and networking.

In the rapidly growing wind energy sector in particular, companies are faced with the challenge of attracting suitable talent with a wide range of qualifications. Students, career starters and skilled workers deliberately come to these trade fair days to get to know employers from the wind energy sector.
